Started in 2020, TIPSEE & SPICE was born out of a love of combining high quality spirits with sweets. To create an ultimately satisfying adult dessert.
We use only the finest ingredients available as well as high quality spirits that generously go into all of our fine products.
We have a philosophy of balance—a balance of mixing old techniques with new ones, using different, quality ingredients and flavors, and of passion and skill.

What does “spirited” mean?
We combine the finest ingredients available for our products and generously infuse "spirit" them with high quality spirits and liqueurs.
Do all your items contain alcohol?
Yes, it is our signature in the baking world. However if you prefer to order any item without please contact us directly to place your custom order.
Do you cater weddings, parties or pop up?
Yes! We love to cater parties of all kinds and sizes. From corporate functions to big beautiful weddings, we've got you covered! Just contact us to meet with one of our catering specialists and we'll get your party/event planned!
Do you have Vegan or Gluten Free options?
Absolutely. We'll have those options on our website soon. Until then, please contact us directly to place your custom order.
Do your products contain any allergens?
Most cakes contain Wheat, Milk, Eggs, Soy.
How long does order processing take?
Once orders are received they are made fresh and shipped within 3-5 business days. We ship our products via USPS unless otherwise requested.
Will my cake be ruined from postage handling?
We use custom packaging for our products that are Earth friendly and very strong to ensure your delivery arrives not only fresh, but beautiful. We suggest removing the exterior packaging it comes in and transferring it to the golden platter we provide with every order. We want your cakes and desserts to shine!
Can I order RUSH?
Yes. We understand that last minute happens and are happy to accommodate last minute or rushed orders when at all possible. Please contact us for RUSH availability and delivery options prior to ordering.
I’m in the Portland, Oregon area. Can I preorder and pick up at the new location in SE Portland?
We would be happy to have your order ready for pick up. We require 24 hrs notice on single order cakes. Multiple or custom cakes require 48 hrs notice. Just let us know in the shipping method options or drop us an email with your order number. Looking forward to meeting you!
